L’accent général est mis sur le cirque et le théâtre de rue. 
Les Halles de Schaerbeek jouent également un rôle en soutenant le projet comme institution culturelle et comme organisateurs depuis plusieurs années d’opérations consacrés au cirque mais aussi à la mise en valeur de la diversité culturelle (Festival des écoles du Cirque, Couleur Café).

Het zwaartepunt ligt bij circus en straatheater. 
De Hallen van Schaarbeek spelen ook een rol door het project te ondersteunen als culturele instelling en sedert enkele jaren als organisator van aan circus gewijde initiatieven die ook veel aandacht heeft voor de culturele diversiteit (Festival van de circusscholen, Couleur Café).
